Baron de Lestac is a leading Bordeaux ambassador. This status is a reflection of the quality of our wines: with it comes the responsibility to showcase the very best examples of Bordeaux expression, and to protect the vineyards and environment for future generations.

The Bordeaux wine region is famous for its châteaux wines and for a long-standing tradition of trader-made wines. Both have contributed to the image of Bordeaux as a quality wine producer, combining wine growers' skills with the technical expertise of trader-producers, in the same way that Baron de Lestac works with our grower-partners.

Respect for people and nature

Our partners – grape growers, wine producers and wine cooperatives - work with our teams on a daily basis. We share a common respect for nature, and we take our responsibility seriously. This is why Baron de Lestac has made a commitment to sustainable wine growing, both in terms of the environment and mankind, via the Terra Vitis programme.

Bottles of Baron de Lestac have been certified Terra Vitis since the 2019 vintage. The Bag-in-box format will be certified Terra Vitis from summer 2022.
